Is CenturyLink your only option? If there are others, I would investigate, OC. Those speeds are terrible. .. intolerable. Ask for a credit.

Up until 2 or 3 days ago everything was working fine, now my black ops is lagging badly. I've went through the motions with my modem, resetting it.

It's just frustrating, I know that when I call them they will assist me in resetting my modem again and that is about all they will offer.

Oh well, maybe things will clear up in a day or two.

My anti virus slows my computer down, maybe this is the problem ??

I'm PAYING for 10 mb/s download speeds.
