Steve at Computer Express will take and do test on your system if the computer does not pass just being turned on he will make suggestions you make the decision.....he is good and is reasonable....now he does have some units there he has refurbished for sale depending on what you use your computer for......mean while its the only one I trust to do any repairs on my laptop or computer....have not seen him in about a year but I see he has customers to bring their problem computer or Laptop and so far have heard great comments on his service......good luck,,,,

In this day and age, it's probably cheaper to buy a new one and just have the data transferred. Staples is always having computers and laptops on sale for around $300.

Sometimes the power supply will overheat due to insufficient airflow and can be reset by disconnecting the power cord for a few minutes.
