FYI, you can send an image as an attachment in the Beta release. You still can't paste it into the reply field, of course; you just have to save it on your computer, then use the "Browse" button to attach it.

Sorry, I thought you were talking about copy & pasting text. If the image is on your computer you can upload it to a free picture hosting site, like tinypic.com, after uploading it will give you a direct link, copy this link, post the link and click add reply

That's your problem, images are not allowed.
Right-click the image, select "view image", the copy and paste the link in your address bar.

hilite img. click copy, move cursor to reply box, click edit/paste, nothing. cursor go's away.

I'm not sure what you mean, once you've pasted something in the add reply box and clicked add reply what happens?

I know how to copy/paste. I just can't get to "Add Reply" on GW.

Highlight what you want to copy, press Ctrl + C to copy, then Ctrl + V to paste in the new window.
I don't think this is needed on the beta version. You just hightlight what you want to paste, right click it, select copy. Then right click the wondow you want to paste in, select paste
