right click the setup.exe icon, or whatever icon you use to run it, and choose 'properties'. On the compatibility tab, choose XP SP2. They state that it isnt compatible with Vista and Win7, and they'll attempt to upgrade you to a more expensive service if you call, but if you rin it in compatibility mode, it will install and work just fine.

their is probably a wizard built into your new comp with netscape connect(walmart connect) ,aol.. and several other isp's already loaded on your pc... open the help and support section (click the start button) there is a search window type in connect to internet and browse around there should be a click able link to the connection wizard and it should walk you thru setting it up

I have a computer that is over 5 years old and really needed replacing. I bought a new one today at walmart. I have used walmart connect (now netscape) for years. My question is how do I connect my new computer to my old account? Used to be you place a disk in the drive and downloaded everything needed. I found my old disk but I get a message saying it is not compatable with my new computer. Anyone have any suggestions? Thanks alot for any help.
