Loss off signal or a defective modem can cause the issue you are having.

Make sure all your coax cables are tight. Also you may want to check out side as well

If it is still happening, call em up

Hey why would i have to keep unplugging my Charter internet box and wireless router to make my net work. Do i need to call them or is it on my end? This is been going on for 2 days now.
