When you mention doing a restore. Are you referring to the "Restore Defaults" that are located on the century link email pages. The only restore on centurylink email is a restore defaults. Which is what it implies restores all settings. It wont touch emails.
Couple of quick questions to ask you.
1. When you check your email. Do you access through a web browser? i.e. (Internet Explorer, Firefox)
2. Do you use a program on your desktop to access email? i.e. (outlook, thunderbird)

I just leave them in the inbox and delete the ones I do not want to keep.

Are you referring to emails that are stored on a web server, or are you referring to emails that you have stored on Outlook?

I went to check my emails and they had all disappeared except one new one. I did restore but they did not come back. Any ideas on what happened? My trash had all the ones I had deleted but not the ones I had kept. Any help would be appreciated.
