GIMP 2 is a great free open source photo editing program and you can do about as much as Photoshop.

You can do it in paint that comes with Windows.

You can also use some online photo editing:

What application is safe to use to put my name on the photos I post. I post items for sale and don't want people using them to scam others. It happened to me and I need a way to put my name on the photo..Thanks
