This is a language pack dll, try the following:
Click Start
Type: CMD, from the results, right click CMD
Click 'Run as Administrator'
At the Command Prompt, type: sfc/scannow
This will check for any integrity violations
Restart your system

Try contacting your internet provider they may be able to help or at least answer your questions.

I keep getting this message when I ty to get on the internet that LPK.dll needs to be installed but I cant find it..I have to go around the world to get on here.but it will not let me do it the normal way
