The tech guy was explaining everything and I just nodded as if I understood what he was talking about, but I didn't. I asked him a lot of questions that I did not understand his answers to. They took the computer away and told me that my printer was dead, dead, which sucked. But something about something, I just do not understand,

Sounds like your computer has a virus or something. i just had an IT guy look at my computer because I thought my computer was dying! and guess what? It is!

What do I need to do to keep the computer from freezing. It makes it hard to post or read postings.
Other then that the computer is working ok.
Sometimes it is the air glass or finge that won't move.
Sometimes it is the finger that freezes.

This usually means that your CPU is being overloaded. If you're not doing a bunch of things on your computer, then you most likely have a virus or spyware. This is especially true if you are on Facebook, which is The #1 source for viruses now.
I would strongly recommend that you scan your computer for viruses and spyware, ASAP. If you don't have an updated antivirus program, you can download these two free programs: AVG Antivirus: http://free.avg.com/us-en/homepageMalwarebytes Anti-Malware: http://www.softpedia.com/ge...ware.shtmlThese are both excellent programs that I've used for years, and in my opinion are better than any of the paid programs.

Having trouble posting. Each letter takes a few seconds before it print. What is wrong and how do I get the words to flow at a smooth rate. Thank you.
