I like and use McFee. Just don't try using several at the same time!

Go with the Microsoft Essentials in my link. You will like it. No pop-ups. Nothing else to buy. It really works well.

AVG Anti-Virus Free is one of the best free Anti-Virus programs but lately there has been an annoying pop up constantly wanting you to upgrade to the paid version.... There is also Panda Cloud which is free.
