With my Direct TV.

All last Summer, every day, several times a day, I would have to "power Up" my TV because it was searching for signal. Sometime on Sat. 1, sometimes on 1 and 2. Also had a lot of freezing image on the screen, and would have to power up from scratch, as nothing would respond on the remote.

I would also go into the transponders, and bring the signal back to a specific channel, but that would only last for awhile, and signal would be gone again. When night time came, all these problems went away.

Well, I did that all last Summer.

Then Winter time came, and it completely stopped. Trouble free day and night.

But now, here it is Summer time again, and I am having the same thing every day, several times a day. It is powering up right now. This is the third time today as I could not get many of my channels to come on.

I would like to hear what you think is going on.

I have decided it is the suns fault, but how and why?
