It will likely install itself once you plug it in...and no, don't expect any support from Walmar..

Is the software for Virgin Wireless easy to download onto a laptop? Or do they download it onto your computer for you when you buy it at Walmart--probably not because I don't think the people in the Electronics Dept there know much about about computers!
