My husband took my laptop in to a computer repair shop in town one week ago for repair, paid a deposit and left it. They called yesterday and said it was fixed and ready to be picked up. He went by paid for the repair, they gave him the reciept with the old part they replaced taped to it. Got the laptop home, turned it on, it stayed on 5 minutes then the screen went black. Did the same thing it was doing before he took it in to be repaired. My question is, should they expect us to pay them for another service? Do you think they should issue a refund since it wasn't fixed? Thanks in advance!
