Is this a spefic website or all websites?

Spefic website=check security and antivirus settings

I need some help, a couple of nights ago I was on Facebook and it lost internet connection. Now everytime that I try to log on it is telling me that it can't display this site what can I do??? It has been this way since Saturday night.
