I thought Rep. Langworthy's accusation was self explanatory. Has the US's aviation industry gotten the attention it deserved from prior administration's, probably not; but in his opinion the Biden administration focused more on DEI than on system improvements.

Air traffic control was dealt a crippling blow by Rotten Ronnie, successive administrations have failed to fully rectify the damage done by Reagan, but the responsibility for the ATC's decline is primarily Reagan's.
