I just recall some on here throwing a fit because people were protesting in a judges neighborhood....now look at them.

Dumbest people are the biggest hypocrites.

You aint advocating for political prisoners are you?

Or is it... weaponizing the DOJ? Threatening judges with prison if they don't bend the knee and let Trump do whatever he wants unchecked...?

If they would just come out of the closet and admit to being Fascist, their lives would be so much easier. Why keep up the charade? you're fooling no one...

Standard line for someone who is beat. Wave that white flag and tuck tail!

Your dictator will be along soon to tell you how to respond.

My source is common sense. But I'm sure you wouldn't understand.

You're right, I don't.

By "activist judge," it seems like you really mean "any judge that I don't agree with." So you think that judges should only have power if they go along with the President... or more specifically, the Republican President. Even when that President violates the Constitution, like signing Executive Orders to repeal Constitutional Amendments.

As sad as it is, it's a little comforting to see the MAGA supporters finally coming to terms with the fact that they are, and always have been, Fascist. The word might still scare you, but the ideology is still there... you just have to admit it.

Trying to discuss this subject with Foxxy, Flakey and DumbBell et al is a waste of time. Foxxy is so besotted with Trump that she can't see straight. However, when you consider that she professes to be a Christian, attends church, dishes the dirt in gossip corner, thinks speaks and acts directly opposite to the teachings of her "Savior" it's really not surprising.

Flakey constantly posts gibberish to cover his inability to respond to the posts of others. If he does respond he quotes from the Gospel According to Trump.
DumbBell's "wisdom" consists mostly of infantile insults, blatant lies and garbled propaganda from Faux News.
One of the many things they have in common is their constant harping about "activist" judges that rule against Trump. However, they fail to mention that many of the "activist" judges were appointed by Trump or other Republicans.
I no longer respond to them as trying to reason with them is much like lecturing a band of monkeys, the only way that they are likely to respond is with gibberish and throwing 5hit.
Thank God they are MAGATS! I'd hate to think that they might be considered as part of the "Humane" Race.

Clowns who hate American democracy are gullible for the term "Activist judges."

All it really means is a judge you were told not to agree with even when the judge knows more law than you.

Can you cite a source for that in the Constitution, DB?

Activist judges are not checks and balances. Duh...

Tell me you hate America, without telling me you hate America...

The U.S. Constitution establishes three separate but equal branches of government: the legislative branch (makes the law), the executive branch (enforces the law), and the judicial branch (interprets the law). The Framers structured the government in this way to prevent one branch of government from becoming too powerful, and to create a system of checks and balances.

I know that's a lot to read, and uses big words. But it means that judges DO have the right to tell the President what he can and can't do.

If you oppose that then, yes, you are Fascist. You want an authoritarian dictator that has complete power over everything else.

You would have so much more credibility if you would just admit that you have never been Conservative. You're Fascist. Come on out of that closet...

Being supervisor of the President is not the job of politically appointed judges. They need to judge criminals in THEIR district

Its amazing how unfamiliar you are with how and why the American government was set up the way it was.....

I do appreciate you displaying daily how little you know. Just parroting the opinion heads on the TV....

The judicial is definitely there to make sure the laws are followed, no matter who you are.

We dont have kings in this country, no matter how much you need a man to tell you how to live.

No president should be allowed to ignore the judiciary or the constitution,

Surely you don't mean that. Do you mean like when a president gives money to pay for elite liberal college tuition to gain votes, or it it refusing to obey immigration laws. No, I bet you are talking about issuing pardons into the future for crimes not committed or charged with.Is chosing one group or race over another and establishing hiring practices to give preferential treatment to some while denying others might seem racist to some.
Please help me understand

No president should be allowed to ignore the judiciary or the constitution, guess that's kinda redundant but the more intelligent (MAGATS excluded) among you will be accommodating.

Apparently we wasted a lot of time and money electing a president if the nation is going to let a few judges run the country..

Except when you agree with them.
