I've never claimed to be independent, been a registered Republican my entire life.
I did not vote for Trump in his first election primary, after he won the primary I did vote for him in the November election. No one is greater than Jesus and you'll find that out yourself at some point in time.

Completely false.
The bill in question had an amendment that would make it a felony to solicit sex from a 16 or 17 year old.
The Democrats passed a bill last year that made it a felony to solicit from anyone under 16, and a felony for repeat offenders if the victims were at least 16. In comparison, North Carolina makes it a felony to solicit from anyone under 16, but has no condition for repeat offenders.
The amendment was removed from the bill because "it could have criminalized teens in consensual relationships."
