What does "86" mean, you ask?
1. eject or bar (someone) from a restaurant, bar, etc. "they were accused of cheating, and eighty-sixed from their favorite casino" 2. "the passwords will be 86ed by next October"
Not even a child would take that as a threat. Although an adult with the intellect of a child... 
But then again, we're in a time where Trump has openly said that he intends to encourage vigilante justice against anyone that refuses to bend the knee. So there's no doubt that he will break whatever laws he and his Gestapo have to break in order to seek vengeance on the people that have convicted him for his crimes.
